If you are reporting an emergency that poses an immediate danger to people or property (such as a missing manhole cover, a significant road obstruction or a defect related to a recent traffic accident) call our highways emergency number, 0113 222 4407.
Each issue you report is placed into one of these priority groups:
- urgent - to be attended by the end of the next working day
- non-urgent - to be attended within 28 days of being reported
- planned works - to be added to a schedule to be repaired at a later date when we are working in the area
Public Liability claims
If you believe an accident or loss you have suffered is because of actions or negligence by Leeds City Council, you can make a Public Liability claim.
