Teaching independent travel training

Develop your skillset and experience in travel training with the Open Awards Level 2 award in Skills for Teaching Independent Travel.

As a qualified travel trainer, you are equipped to teach people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to travel independently. Travel independence is essential when preparing young people for adulthood, as it develops life skills and builds confidence. Travel training also can save local authorities hundreds of thousands of pounds.
