Plans showing the land concerned are made available for inspection at our offices in Merrion House.

Anybody who wishes to object to the council’s intentions must do so as set out in the relevant notice.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Leeds City Council is intending to dispose of property at 228 Town Street, Middleton being part of the open space at Middleton Park, Leeds, LS10 3SH for residential.

Objections
Objections to the proposed disposal must be made before 19th October 2026 and must be made in writing and addressed to Peter Toothill, Asset Management and Regeneration, City Development, Leeds City Council, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB or by email to peter.toothill@leeds.gov.uk quoting reference (PS-DO-0537).
