How a payment arrangement works
Our online payment arrangement will split the remaining balance of your bill into equal monthly instalments which will run until the end of March.
You should receive a letter confirming the arrangement within 7 working days.
If you have not received this after 14 working days, contact us on 0113 222 4404 (Weekdays, 9am to 5pm, except Wednesdays when we open from 10am).
