We have sent household enquiry forms to households in Leeds asking you to check the details of people who are registered to vote at your address.
The household enquiry form is sent out on a regular basis as it provides us with information about who lives in your household. You need to respond to the household enquiry form even if you are already registered to vote.
If there are no changes to any details listed on the household enquiry form you can
respond online, telephone 0800 197 9871 or text 80212 using the two part security code printed on your household enquiry form (please note security codes can only be used once).
Alternatively you can sign and return the household enquiry form in the envelope provided.
To make changes

register online. Please note that each applicant will need to enter their date of birth and national insurance number.
If you need to make any other changes to the details listed on the household enquiry form you can
do this online using the two part security code printed on your household enquiry form (please note security codes can only be used once).
