In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has redesignated the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Forum.
The designation is effective from 31 August 2021 and lasts for a period of 5 years.
This designation gives the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Area. No other organisation or body may be designated for the Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
