Chapeltown Neighbourhood Plan

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has designated the Chapeltown Neighbourhood Planning Forum.

The designation is effective from 8 October 2021 and lasts for a period of 5 years.

This designation gives the Chapeltown Neighbourhood Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Chapeltown Neighbourhood Area. No other organisation or body may be designated for the Chapeltown Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
