These schedules are produced on a quarterly basis to provide an up-to-date picture of the supply and delivery of housing in Leeds.
Site information is produced from the Housing Land Monitor system and shows all current sites with planning permission including construction status as at the end of quarter. These schedules also include housing allocations that are yet to obtain planning permission that are adopted for development. The schedules also provide details, if available, on the size and type homes approved with a forecasted annualised delivery based on the status of the site.
