We hold the Local Land Charges Register which contains charges, orders and prohibitions relating to properties and or land. These entries are legally binding on all owners of the land so a search is usually required when you purchase a property.
Some of the most common are:
- Tree Preservation Orders
- enforcement Notices
- conservation Areas
- Listed Buildings

There a few different ways to apply for a search:
- using the official search service and submitting a
Land Search request form (PDF 44KB) or LLC1 and or Con29 Forms (these are available from your solicitor). Please make sure you include the correct
