Location
Golden Acre park is six miles North of Leeds city centre on the A660 between Adel and Bramhope.

There are free car parks off Otley Road and Arthington Road.

Cafe opening hours
The cafe is open from Monday to Sunday 10am to 3:30pm during the winter (GMT).
Summer opening hours (BST) for the cafe are Monday to Friday 10am to 4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm.

The park contains:
- gardens and plant collections
- parkland, lake, streams, ponds and woodland
- a cafe with outdoor seating facilities and wheelchair access
- public toilets, including a changing places facility
Disabled access
There are six disabled parking bays in the car park off the A660.
The main circular route around the park and lake and the demonstration gardens are well maintained and fairly flat.
Motorised scooters are available to hire for free from the cafe. You must be pre-book before 10am on the day, to book call 0113 535 2502.
Accessible toilets are available in cafe and in the public toilet block next to cafe. The cafe is wheelchair accessible.

Volunteering
Golden Acre Park Volunteers meet every first Wednesday of the month to help with gardening, nature conservation and looking after the park. New members are always welcome, please get in touch.
