An experienced team of landowners and developers – including Muse Developments, Evans of Leeds, Harworth and Wilton Developments – is now working with Leeds City Council to accelerate development of the Enterprise Zone.

Together they are able to deliver high quality expansion, relocation or consolidation solutions to meet the requirements of local, regional and national occupiers, transforming the Leeds City Region enterprise zone into one of the UK’s premier locations for business and investment.

The Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership, chaired by Roger Marsh, has overall responsibility for delivery of the Enterprise Zone, with Leeds City Council charged with managing its development and implementation.

With a package of benefits designed to stimulate investment and attract business, the Leeds City Region enterprise zone went live from the beginning of April 2012 and is expected to deliver 3,000 new jobs over the next three years.
