Veolia's Energy Recovery and Recycling facility is now operational, taking recyclable waste from black bins and recovering energy from whats left over, significantly reducing waste sent to landfill. Veolia currently occupy over half the land allocated for strategic waste uses. 

The remainder of the available land (blue land) can be split into various plot sizes to accommodate specific user requirements.
