Home visit

Find out what to expect from your home visit.

We carry out periodic home visits to all council tenants. These visits help us:

  • make sure your home is safe and well maintained
  • keep your tenancy records up to date
  • offer support and advice if needed

Ask to see identification before letting anyone into your home. Our staff will always carry ID.
