Gateway 45 Leeds is the largest logistics and manufacturing scheme in the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone. It has planning consent for 2.64 million sq ft for a range of employment buildings suitable for manufacturing and distribution, with potential for technology and support offices. Preparation of development platforms, infrastructure work and first phase site remediation has completed. Units can be provided from 20k sq ft upwards. A new 1000 space park and ride facility is now fully operational.
