Aire Valley Land
Aire Valley Land is the joint venture company owned by Harworth and Evans Property Group, which controls approximately 72 hectares of land strategically located within the Aire Valley Leeds at J45 of the M1 Motorway.

Harworth  - wholly owned by Harworth Group plc is one of the largest property and regeneration companies across the North of England with vast experience of bringing forward brownfield sites for a range of units.

The group’s objective is to protect and maximise wealth whilst having due regard to the needs of its customers and suppliers as well as the community and the environment.

As a family owned business with a strong balance sheet the Group prides itself in its ability to take a long term view in relation to the communities and businesses it serves.
