What should I do with my business waste?
Seacroft (East Leeds) Recycling Site
Businesses can recycle garden waste, cardboard, paper, timber, hardcore, rubble and soil, plasterboard and scrap metal. You can also dispose of your general and hazardous waste (freezers, fridges, televisions and fluorescent tubes). For information on charges see the download area below.
There is a public weighbridge open from 8:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm Saturday. The maximum size limit is LGV2.
Kirkstall Road Waste Transfer Station
Businesses can recycle and dispose of waste at Kirkstall Road Transfer Station. For information on charges see the download area below.

Business waste collections
Associated Waste Management Limited collect our business waste and they could collect yours too. They will charge you directly for collection and disposal and we charge an administration fee for arranging the service.

Medical Waste Collection Service
We can provide a medical waste collection service for Leeds’ businesses. For information on the service and charges, please email MedicalWasteTeam@leeds.gov.uk. Please include your address and the details of the type and quantity of waste you require collecting in your email.
