Business premises

As your business grows you may need to look for bigger or better premises or want to consolidate your operations in a single location. If you need new premises for your business, check out our online database of available offices, retail units and industrial premises available in Leeds.

The database brings together information from commercial property agents across the city and includes details of premises in both city centre and out of town locations. Click on ‘Commercial premises in Leeds’ in the External Links section to register and search the database.

A range of incentives are available in the Leeds City Region Enterprise Zone to companies looking to relocate to Leeds and take advantage of the city’s location at the heart of the regional economy.  Financial incentives include reduced business rates worth up to £275,000, grants to support relocation and capital investment.

An ideal location for large-scale and SME manufacturing companies, the enterprise zone is located close to the national motorway network and just minutes from Leeds city centre. A range of units from 30,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft are currently under construction and planning permissions are in place for larger units up to 500,000 sq ft. For more information, visit the Leeds City Region Enteprise Zone website or email: enterprise.zone@leeds.gov.uk

If you have just started a business and you are looking for shared workspace, a virtual office or serviced offices, you will find details of available premises in the commercial property database. More information can also be found on the Business start up accommodation and support page.

You will also find information about small industrial units, shop units and council-owned land and property for sale and to let units in our Land and Property section. Information about business rates, including Empty Property Rates and business rate relief for small businesses, social enterprises and charitable organisations can be found in the Business Rates section of the website.
