In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has designated the Mabgate, Lincoln Green and Burmantofts Neighbourhood Forum.
The designation is effective from 8 October 2021 and lasts for a period of 5 years.
This designation gives the Mabgate, Lincoln Green and Burmantofts Neighbourhood Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Mabgate, Lincoln Green and Burmantofts Neighbourhood Area.
No other organisation or body may be designated for the Mabgate, Lincoln Green and Burmantofts Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
