Application to redesignate the Holbeck Neighbourhood Forum.
The Holbeck Neighbourhood Forum was designated on 27 March 2014. A forum designation lasts for five years, therefore the forum has applied to the council to be formally redesignated in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
Redesignation will enable the forum to continue to supporting the implementation of the Holbeck Neighbourhood Plan covering the Holbeck Neighbourhood Area, which remains unchanged.
The neighbourhood forum application includes a map of the designated neighbourhood area, a copy of the written constitution, a list of membership, a statement of reasons as to why the application meets legislative requirements, and the contact details of a member of the forum, for which the council has express consent to make available online.
Publicity of the application to redesignate the Forum ran between 14 October and 9 December 2020.
Please note that if the redesignation is made, no other organisation or body may be designated for the Holbeck Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
