The orange used across the site does not meet contrast requirements. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum).

Multiple instances of the same ID

Each page on our website has multiple elements with the same ID value. A singular webpage may contain one ID per element but the value for each ID must be unique. The ID value specified multiple times is called “DataProvider”. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (A) and 4.1.1 parsing (A).

All img elements have an alt attribute

Each page of our website has an image element without alternative text. This is a sprite used by the content management system. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.1.1 Non-text Content.
