There are different forms depending on the type of application you are making and you may need to complete more than one. There are guidance notes for each type to assist you. Validation criteria are also provided for each application type which list what you need to submit with your application for it to be valid.

Planning Portal. Please note that we do not accept applications on CD/DVD or by email.

Calculate the planning fee using the online fee calculator
Pay for your application online if you choose
You can choose to send the application online, or print your application to post to us.

You will need to submit 1 copy of the application form, plans or drawings and other information.
Where to send planning applications
Please send your planning applications to Planning Services, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB.
Most applications will also require a fee. You can use the
