City Centre Housing

The City Centre Housing Patterns of Occupancy Report provides information on the housing stock in Leeds city centre. 

 It provides:
• An indication of the total number of residents, based on Council Tax data rates and assumptions about the occupancy rate of student accommodation. 
• Details of vacancy rates of private housing units
• Details on the rate of second home ownership
• Details of planning applications for new and converted housing – both completed and in the pipeline​​​
