Bus stops

The nearest bus stop is approximately 20 metres away from the entrance

The surrounding surfaces are mostly paving slabs and even but there are some cobbled roads which may need to be crossed to get to the entrance

Disabled parking

There are no dedicated car parking facilities

There is a public car park in front and at the side of the building which has three marked accessible parking bays

The surface from the car park is concrete, tarmac and cobbles


Access to the building is via a sloping ramp through an automatic door


The building is on two floors and a lift is available for customer use

Assistive Technology

A range of assistive technology hardware and software is available for use on the public computers

Accessible Toilets

There are two toilets on site including one accessible one upstairs which can be accessed via the lift

Support Dogs

All support dogs are welcome

Induction Loops/Audio

There is an Induction loop available

There is also an Interpreting and British Sign Language service available​​
