There are 4 designated disabled parking bays in an accessible, level car park adjacent to the building. Wheelchairs users can be dropped in the car park or park in the disabled bays.
The main entrance is to the front of the building and has ramp access and automatic doors. Customer services is on the ground floor and accessible by all.

There is one designated disabled toilet which is wheelchair-accessible.
There are induction loops for hearing assistance. Leaflets can be translated for Braille users. Some customer service officers have had minimal Deaf Awareness training or BSL training. There is a mini com/text phone number advertised.
There are no mobility scooters available to use in this building. There is no café on site but there are within the town centre. There is a specific community group based within the One Stop Centre which is WISE (Wetherby Action for the Elderly).
