There are bus stops on the main road outside the One Stop Centre.
Customers park in Morrison’s car park which has level access and designated disabled parking bays available. The distance from the car park to the One Stop Centre is approximately 300 metres. There are no drop-off points for Wheelchair users outside the building.
The main access to the building has a ramp for Wheelchair and Mobility scooter users. There are automatic doors to access the building.
There is a lift to the first floor to access services in the Customer Services area and it is accessible for both Wheelchair and Mobility scooter users.
There is one designated disabled toilet which is wheelchair-accessible for customer use.
There is a loop hearing system on site. Leaflets can be made available for Braille users on request. Some Customer Service Officers have received basic Deaf Awareness or basic BSL training. There is a mini com/text phone number advertised.
There are no mobility scooters available for customer use. There is no café on site but there are some located within the Town Centre and in the Market Hall.
