You will need the ten digit PCN Number that appears on your Penalty Charge Notice (starting with LS) and your vehicle registration number. To pay you will need a valid credit or debit card.

Charges vary depending on the seriousness of the offence, but if you pay within 14 days of receiving the ticket the charge is reduced by half.​​​​

 

 

Appeal against my parking ticket or bus lane fineAppeal against my parking ticket or bus lane fine<div class="ExternalClassB5623F3BAE6A440FB3DA8BFB16FB5FBA"><p><strong>​​How to appeal</strong></p> <p>If you think you've been incorrectly given a parking or bus lane ticket (PCN) the easiest and quickest way to appeal is <strong><a title="Link to online parking appeals system" href="https://parkingfines.leeds.gov.uk/">online</a></strong>.​​</p> <p>If you have already appealed online you should have received email confirmation that we have received your appeal. We aim to respond within ten working days. Please wait for our response before contacting us again.</p> ​​<p>If we receive your appeal within 14 days of the ticket being issued the ticket will be frozen at the discounted amount of either £35, £25 or £30 (bus lane) until you receive a decision on your appeal. How much do I need to pay?How much do I need to pay?<div class="ExternalClass1116F0D6A54842D3AC998CD47D851804"><p>A  system of differential charging is in place. This means that less serious contraventions of parking regulations will incur a lower penalty charge of £50.00. We may then take legal action against you which can involve using bailiffs to recover unpaid penalty charges and there will be further costs to pay.​​​​​​<span id="ms-rterangecursor-start" style="display:none;"></span><span id="ms-rterangecursor-end" style="display:none;"></span></p></div>
