Do I need an appointment?Do I need an appointment?

No. We operate a drop-in service so you can call in during our opening hours and we will be happy to assist you. You will have to wait to see someone.

Our busiest time is around 12pm to 2pm so you may wish to avoid this time.

We also recommend that you do not approach the service just before closing at 4pm. This is to ensure the team can do the most for you on that day such as arrange viewings for accommodation.

What should I expect at my appointment? What should I expect at my appointment?

If your enquiry is a simple one, we will endeavour to help you as quickly and efficiently as we can.

If your enquiry is more complex, we may need to sit you down with a Housing Advisor to complete a Housing Needs Assessment with you. During the assessment, we will ask you about your housing situation and personal circumstances. We will also find out what you would like us to do for you and see whether we can help you remain where you are living or help you find alternative housing.

In some instances, we will need you to provide further information or documents, such as identification for you and your family, your tenancy agreement etc: to save time and ensure a quicker outcome for you, it would be helpful if you brought all documents that you believe to be relevant to your situation.
