Annual Home Visits

We will usually write to you with an appointment for your first Annual Home Visit. If this time isn't convenient for you, get in touch and we will rearrange this appointment for you. Sometimes we might pop by whilst we are carrying out other visits in your area, therefore don’t be alarmed if we visit you and always ask to see identification before letting anyone into your home.

Annual Home Visits are always carried out by Housing Officers, who all carry ID and are employees of Leeds City Council. More information about bogus callers is available as a PDF.
