Ways to pay your rent

It is very important to pay your rent on time so that you do not go into arrears and breach your tenancy agreement with us. Details of payment methods are listed on this page.

You can log onto the Self Service Portal to make payments and check your rent balance.

If you have not used this service before you will need to register. Please have your rent reference number to hand. You can find this on your rent payment card, on your rent statement, or any letters we have sent to you.

Please note that you cannot use a credit card to make online payments.

By Direct DebitBy Direct Debit<div class="ExternalClass1432D29271C643D885EC26D1D831B9A4"><p>​When paying by Direct Debit your payments are spread equally throughout the year on a monthly basis. </p> <p>You can set your monthly Direct Debit payment for the 1, 8, 17, 22, 30 of each month.</p> <p>We also accept weekly Direct Debit payments which will be collected each Friday. </p> <p>If the rent changes, we can adjust the Direct Debit for you.</p> <p>To set up a Direct Debit, <a href="/docs/DD%20Mandate%20June%202014.pdf"><strong>complete the form</strong> </a>and return to us. We will write to you when it is set up. By Standing OrderBy Standing Order<div class="ExternalClassD94C2B4232DD4D75AB9B427E2BABDB23"><p>​If you pay by Standing Order your payments are spread equally throughout the year on a monthly basis.</p> <p>You can also set up a weekly standing order if your bank or building society allows it.</p> <p>If your rent changes it is your responsibility to instruct your bank to alter the payments.</p> <p>To set up a Standing Order, please complete the <a href="/docs/standing%20order.pdf"><strong>Standing Order form</strong></a>, and return it to your bank or building society.</p> <p>Please contact us to let us know you are setting up a Standing Order so that we can update your rent records.</p></div>

You will need your payroll number and your rent reference number.</p></div>
