Calls are dealt with by our contact centre in Leeds from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please avoid Mondays, if at all possible, to avoid longer waiting times. Call wait times are also longer on the Tuesday that follows a public holiday.
Lines are open on Saturdays and Sundays for emergency repairs only. If your repair is not deemed a genuine emergency then you could be charged.

Housing rent payments
If you wish to make a housing rent payment you can do so using our 24 hour online payment system.

You will need your tenancy reference number which can be found on your rent statement.
When calling you may be asked security questions for Data Protection purposes. If you are calling on behalf of someone you will need advocacy to do so. You can download an Advocacy consent form (PDF 0.3MB) to arrange for advocacy to be put in place.
