Broadlea Street

We are building a total of 24 Houses for rent to applicants on the Leeds Homes Register. This is 22 x 2 bed houses and 2 x 3 bed houses.

8 properties will benefit from an integrated garage.

Rent will start from £ 120 per week.

The new homes on this site will be ready to let in Autumn / Winter 2017.

These homes will improve the quality of life for residents who move in to them. We are building them to high standards using quality materials that will include:

  • Increased insulation to reduce heating and costs for tenants
  • Open plan living and dining areas to create spacious and well lit units

The homes will also have a positive impact on the local community. They will contribute to our vision of being the best city to live in and the best city for health and well-being.

The new homes will be let under a local letting policy and we will only allocate to tenants who can demonstrate an excellent tenancy record. We are now consulting with local councillors, tenants and residents about this.
