Private drainsPrivate drains<div class="ExternalClass27D6696AD6E9415591C1C446060DED01"><p>Floods caused by private drains are the responsibility of the property owner. </p><p> <a href="https://www.yorkshirewater.com/contactus" rel="external">Yorkshire Water</a> or drainage contractors will resolve the problem for a fee. </p><p>If there are any health concerns, you can call Leeds City Council’s Environmental Health team on 0113 222 4406 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).</p><p>In an emergency or outside these hours: 0113 376 0499</p></div>
