Pre-Application Enquiry

The information you provide on this will only be used by the Council to process your Pre-Application Enquiry. The council is the Data Controller of the information you provide and we are required to process this in order to fulfil this contract with you. The council may also use the information you provide, in our legitimate interests, to contact you with regard to completing an anonymous customer satisfaction survey concerning the service you have received.

The council will not share the data you provide with any third parties unless required by law, but the Planning Service will share this data internally with other council services (for example: Highways, Environmental Health) where their input is required. The personal data you provide will be held for one year from the date at which your application was received, after which it will be securely destroyed.
