Mischief Makers - Summer Reading Challenge 2018
Celebrating the 80th anniversary of the much-loved comic
Join our Summer Reading Challenge, follow clues to explore your colourful collector’s map of Beanotown and meet Dennis, Gnasher and friends along the way. Read books to collect stickers and find the mysterious buried treasure, get special rewards along the way – and there’s a certificate and medal for everyone who completes the Challenge!
Mischief Makers celebrates reading, adventure, friendship and fun.
The Summer Reading Challenge is open to all primary school aged children and is designed for all reading abilities.
Libraries work with local schools to encourage children to take part in the Challenge. There are events and activities in libraries across the city during the summer. Download our
events programme (PDF 1MB) to see the full list.
