Memory Sessions are a monthly informal drop-in service at Leeds Central Library for people with memory problems, people with dementia, their carers, or anyone who would like more information.
Sessions run on the first Wednesday of the month from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
The Central library provides a friendly environment to meet other people and share experiences. The sessions provide an opportunity to talk to professionals about any information and support needs you may have.
You can also look at our dementia booklist and share an re-live memories booklist
You can find out details of other sessions in the Documents section.
