The Money Advice Service offers clear, unbiased, money advice and can be accessed by the telephone or online. Loans with Headrow Money Line - Headrow Money Line (HML) was set up to work alongside the credit union to enable higher risk loans to be provided to those who might not otherwise be able to get credit other than through very expensive sources such as high cost lenders. A Budgeting Loan is an interest free loan. It is for people who have been on either Income Support, income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance (income-related), Pension Credit or payment on account of one of these benefits, for at least 26 weeks. Leeds Credit Union: Your Loan Shop - Leeds City Credit Union has opened Loan Shops on Roundhay Road and also within The Compton Centre. A new loan shop has also opened in the Merrion Centre (Kiosk 3).
‘Your Loan Shop’ is supported by an interactive website for those who are unable to visit personally, or just a telephone call away from a friendly voice. The shop has a customer service area where online applications are available along with all other Leeds City Credit Union products and services.
