How to get help with PPE
You should continue to order your PPE from your usual supplier where possible.
We have made the
Local Resilience Forums stock of PPE available to care providers. We also have a limited amount of government supplied PPE to help for a short amount of time.
To get help with PPE, follow these steps.

Check if you are eligible
We can help you get PPE if:
- you are a CQC registered care provider
- you are an unpaid carer or you look after a friend or relative
- you employ a personal assistant to give you care and support in your home

Contact us
There are several ways to contact us and start the ordering process:

We call you back
We will call you to discuss your PPE requirements and confirm your order.
We might offer you PPE from government supplies or from our stock. If you get PPE from our stock you will be invoiced for it at cost price.
We'll deliver your order within 72 hours after making contact with you.
National supply
If you are struggling to get PPE, you should also contact the National Supply Disruption Response's helpline on 0800 915 9964.
They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
