At Leeds Magistrates on 10th January 2018, Jack Collins of Woodlea Road, Leeds 19, pleaded guilty for failing to comply with improvement notices served on him in relation to two properties on Sefton Avenue Leeds 11. He was fined 3,680 plus £1,111 costs and victim surcharge of £170. Total £5,121.
