Lodging an objection

You can also use Public Access to search for a licence application under the Licensing Act, Gambling Act and for sex establishments.​

Responsible authorities or any other persons (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about current applications until the expiry date for consultations. Representation should be sent to:

Current Reviews of Premises Licences under the Licensing Act 2003

Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates Regulations 2005)

Notice is hereby given that West Yorkshire Police have made an application under Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003 to carry out a review of the premises licence in force at the premises known as Zen Rendezvous, 10 The Green, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9BT.

The application for review of the premises licence is made on the grounds of the following licensing objectives:

  • the prevention of crime and disorder
  • the prevention of public nuisance
  • public safety
  • the protection of children from harm

In summary the grounds for the review are as follows:

Zen Rendezvous has drawn attention from West Yorkshire Police for a considerable period of time due to the nature and frequency of incidents which are linked to the first floor wine bar of the premises.

Responsible authorities and other people may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this review between 5 April 2018 and 2 May 2018, to:
