The Waterfront Enhancement Fund is a new grant scheme available to projects that are designed to enhance the accessibility, attraction and activity of the Leeds city centre waterfront area.
By funding imaginative and high quality projects, we aim to help open up, celebrate and animate the Leeds city centre waterfront.
What we are looking for
Projects that are publically accessible and that will encourage people to spend time at, and experience the waterfront area. We welcome
capital costs only applications that aim to support:
- events and activities
- improvements to public spaces
- provision of public art and other creative arts projects
- health and wellbeing activities
We are looking to fund events and projects that are imaginative, of high quality and are easy to find and get involved in. Applications should fund new activity, kick start new elements to existing activity or assist projects in reaching a new or wider audience.
