Please note that following receipt of an application form for one of our units, it can take up to four weeks to set up a tenancy agreement.

Costs

A signing fee is charged at the start of every tenancy to cover our administrative costs, we also require one month’s rent and service charge in advance and a bond equal to three months rent and service charge, which is payable on signing for a unit.

Business rates may be payable and we can give you advice on this.
