Housing Land Monitors

Housing Land Monitors are documents which set out information on development sites which contribute to the housing land supply in Leeds.

These statements are produced twice a year and:

• monitor house building performance against policy targets
• provide an up-to-date picture of the supply and delivery of housing in Leeds
• summarise the current type of identified housing land
• ​report on trends in housing land release
  
• include a schedule of all identified housing sites
