At the PHRC we hold a stock of condoms, barriers, lubricant, chlamydia tests, gonorrhoea tests, and pregnancy tests, which we can distribute to organisations offering the 3 in 1 scheme (C-Card registration, c-card pick up, pregnancy testing, and chlamydia and gonorrhoea testing. If you are a trained 3 in 1 practitioner, please email 3in1@leeds.gov.uk to request an order form.
