Tenant Scrutiny Executive

Single Image Display

Our Tenant Scrutiny Executive has the support and power, and a real role to play, to ensure tenants are able to regulate how we perform and influence the quality of service we give.

The aims of our Tenant Scrutiny Executive are to:
• Improve tenant satisfaction
• Improve performance of day to day services
• Help 'quality control' what we do
• Achieve the best possible value for money
• Hold us to account for our performance

To find out about how this panel represents you, and how you can support them please contact us.

Suggestions for issues to scrutinise can be made by Tenants and Residents Associations, Customer Sounding Boards or any other recognised group.

Tenants and Leaseholders are welcome to attend meetings of the Tenant Scrutiny Executive to observe their activities.

The Tenant Scrutiny Executive has recently scrutinised Property Security, which includes fire safety, gas servicing and access to communal buildings. Their completed report, which is available as a download , was presented to the Board of Directors on 24 January. The report contained 16 recommendations for Service Improvements. An Action Plan for implementing the agreed recommendations will be developed between WNWhL and the Tenant Scrutiny Executive.
