The Local Standards will help to ensure that we are meeting your needs and focusing on the priorities that you want us to address. The standards are specific commitments to you, our customers.
The Local Standards are available in this section and are grouped by the service areas identified by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) as the most important for customers. These are

Performance against these standards is monitored closely and reported on this website and in Buzz
