WNWHL is managed by a Board of 12 non-executive directors.
The Board is in place to monitor the performance of all areas within WNWHL, review policies and procedures and each year's budgets and accounts. The board will ensure WNWHL is run with the best interests of it tenants always in mind.
They set the strategic direction of the company, monitoring performance, setting budgets and approving policies and procedures. However the Board does not get involved in the day-to-day running of the organisation.
The role of Board Member is undertaken on a voluntary basis, although expenses are paid.
