The BeVox Show!

From Gershwin’s Summertime to The Rolling Stones’ Wild Horses.

Concert begins at 4pm.

The BeVox Show features around 200 singers from across Yorkshire and the East Midlands, coming together in a massive celebration of singing. Forget traditional images of choirs being very serious and sombre –"they’re known as the choir that has fun"! The programme ranges from the sublime (Gershwin’s classic Summertime, or The Rolling Stones’ haunting Wild Horses) to the slightly ridiculous (The Muppet Show theme tune – complete with a choir of kazoos!).

BeVox has been entertaining audiences across the region for the last six years, with over 250 performances to its name. The choir have helped to raise over £46,000 for charity in this time, and sung at venues such as Wakefield Cathedral, Sheffield City Hall, Nottingham Albert Hall and the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre. BeVox have also surprised passers-by with seemingly impromptu “flash mob” events in Meadowhall, St Pancras Train Station, and even outside Buckingham Palace.

This is the first time they’ve brought the BeVox experience to Leeds, and they’re ready to raise the roof!
