Thresher

This working machine, dating from 1944, is typical of threshers used in the 1950s and early 60s, before the combine harvester superseded them. It was made by Ransomes, Sims and Jefferies Ltd. Ipswich. Originally it was driven by a steam-powered traction engine, but one of our vintage tractors, such as the Nuffield 10–60 is equally capable.
