Dolly Tubs, Dolly Pegs and Possers

The dolly tubs were galvanised zinc containers that could be used with dolly pegs and possers, or stood under the mangle to catch the water. The wooden dolly pegs (pictured) or the copper headed possers were used to agitate the washing within the tub.
