Striker 9 football skills award scheme

Striker  9  is the largest football skills training programme for young people aged 5 to 16 years old in Leeds.

The training course helps young people to develop football skills and learn about rules, fitness and diet.

 Enrollment can take place at any time.

The letters of Striker represents a football skill. You will work through these at each level of the award scheme.

S - shooting

T - turning

R - running with the ball

I - in and out dribbling

K - keep ups / control

E - 'ed the ball

R - right and left foot passing

All new members receive a brand new Striker 9 football.   A Striker 9 folder can be bought which gives information on fitness, diet, code of conduct and include a Players progress page, which is updated by the Coaches.

Each time a child passes a level they can purchase a medal and certificate that is then stored in their STRIKER 9 file.

Striker 9 prices 2012

Most striker sessions are run as courses in term time.

Prices start from £2.80 per week with a Leeds card extra, £4.00 per week with a Leeds card or £4.50 per week standard rate
