Water polo

Water Polo is an energetic and exciting team sport which incorporates swimming, and some elements of handball and football. Players pass a ball whilst being defended by opponents, and score by throwing the ball into a net defended by a goalie.

Sessions are available for both adults and juniors.

Morley leisure centre have both juniors and adult (16 years +) sessions.  Minimum entry requirement is the ability to swim 100m, everyone welcome, just turn up.

  • Junior water polo Thursday 7.00pm – 8.30pm  (ages 8 - 16 years)
  • Senior training Thursday 8.30pm – 10.00pm
     

City of Leeds water polo team train at Armley leisure centre.  The club are looking for new members and anyone interested in playing should turn up Monday evenings at 8.00pm.
